I’ve got a question for you—(same question I ask the folks I train):
How many of you do NOT want to be fit, healthy and Vibrant? I thought so…we ALL want to be healthy, fit, vibrant—feel GOOD!
To be fit, healthy and vibrant, we’ve got to make it happen. No body is exempt—No excuses—Don’t care how busy you are.
Know this–there are many avenues to fitness, and on today’s show, I’d like you to meet someone who’s figured that out. He’s one of the busiest guys around. John Osterweitz a very successful businessman and entrepreneur, and John’s passion is something you might not expect. What does he do in his spare time? He participates in Ride and Tie, aka, “Extreme Horse Racing” where the horse is 1/3 of the team.
Then, it’s Yoga for Athlets with Sage Rountree. Sage will show you how yoga can make you a better athlete, physically, mentally and spiritually.
